EASY EXCHANGES
We made our exchange policy as easy as possible! Within 14 days of your original order date, if you need a different size, color or style, please email us at novalin.team@zimail.co. Include your original order number, email address and name on the order as well as the details of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason you would like to make the exchange. We will have your item reprinted and shipped to you as quickly as possible.
REPLACEMENT ORDERS
We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 5 business days for any of the following reasons: You receive an incorrect item Your order contains damaged product(s) Your order has a printing mistake Part of your order is missing from the package You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered by USPS or DHLGlobalmail. You can contact us at novalin.team@zimail.co to get a replacement on its way to you ASAP! Please include your original order number and the details on what item(s) you would like us to replace and the size you would prefer.
CHANGES TO ORDERS NOT YET SHIPPED
If your order has not already processed, click on your electronic receipt you received from us to edit your shipping address, size, or color of your item. If your order has processed, email or chat with us so we can assist you further just email us at novalin.team@zimail.co. If your order has already shipped, we’ve got you covered with our super easy return / exchange policy.
CANCELLATIONS
Changed you mind after you’ve ordered? Do you need to cancel the order? We can help you with that! Contact us through email at novalin.team@zimail.co or though chat on our website and we be more than happy to help you with the issue. We will issue your refund back to your original form of payment within 5 business days.
RETURNS
If you receive an item you are not completely satised with, please email us novalin.team@zimail.co any time day or night. Our customer service team is happy to help answer any questions you may have regarding your return via email or chat. Depending on your preference, we will work with you to quickly issue a replacement order issue or refund back to your original form of payment within 5 business days.
SHIPPING
US and International shipping rates are based on order total. Our standard transit time is 5-14 business days from the dispatched time of your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order prior to shipment. A tracking number will be e-mailed typically within 1~2 days after your order is shipped.Tracking information will be automatically uploaded as soon as the item has been shipped.Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address during checkout as the address cannot be changed after checkout. We are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses. We do not ship to AK, HI, PO boxes, or APO addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes – please be sure to provide the actual street address for delivery - orders submitted with P.O. Box for shipping address will not be processed.
In some cases, we couldn't provide tracking number. We will update the tracking number (if available) within 72 hours. Most of items will be arrives within 4-10 days. Over this time, if you still not receive your item, please contact us and we will investigate deeper, or refund the full amount to your account.
